Conference of NGOs, business associations, clusters, SMEs and startups

The first conference in Ukraine on the topic of 5.0 is taking place in Kyiv on July 14, bringing together all participants of the Industry 4.0 movement in Ukraine – customers, integrators, developers, vendors, startups and universities, as well as government organizations.

Representatives of Poltava State Agrarian University, which hosts the Industry 4.0 Implementation Center, also joined this powerful conference. Oleksandr Halych, First Vice-Rector of the University, and Volodymyr Muravlev, Head of the Center, are participating in the event online.

The goals and objectives of the conference were:

  • Presentation of the 1st version of the roadmap for the dual digital and green transition
  • Consolidation around the key challenges and areas of action for Industry 5.0
  • Expanding the circle of Smart.Industry participants, including policy makers and international organizations
  • Presentations of Industry 5.0 programs from APPAU and the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance, innovations and potential of Ukrainian developers

The event is being held within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian project “Strengthening MSMEs’ Business Associations in Ukraine (Phase II)”, implemented by the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine (UNDP) in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and with the support of the Swiss Government.

The event program includes the signing of the Industry 5.0 Manifesto by leading business associations, stakeholders and active participants of the Industry 4.0 movement in Ukraine, including Poltava State Agrarian University.
